The painter (Gwilym McMurray) is a serious perfectionist who took real care over the surface preparation, and the finished work is of an exceptionally high quality! The quoted price was fair and reasonable, and based solely on the estimated time taken to complete the work plus the cost of materials, and not inflated by a consideration of "what the market might bear". I am extremely pleased with the result, and would strongly recommend Dittons Decor to others. Based on the quality of the outside work, I am asking Dittons Decor to do some inside work on my property as well.

Gwilym has been doing various decorating for us over the years - both internal and external. He is now booked in for his next job. Why do we get him back? Because he is good! Quality work, completed on time and at a fair price. He is courteous and totally trustworthy. No need to look anywhere else.

This is the third time we have used Gwilym, but the first time in our new house. He is incredibly thorough and nothing is too much trouble - I can't fault the workmanship. He has
completely transformed the feel of our house. He is also a thoroughly nice chap! You often have to book work in a couple of months in advance, but he is well worth the wait. We will get him back to paint the other rooms in our house later in the year.
Gwilym is completely reliable and helpful, pleasant to have around and produces work of excellent quality. He coped elegantly with completing work on my hall and stairs while a newborn arrived straight from hospital in the midst of everything!

Top quality work, Gwilym was punctual, friendly, considerate, hard working, left the house clean and tidy each day, good communicator. We changed colours early on and he was very helpful and didn’t complain about repainting areas with the change. He also brought in others in his team when needed - they were equally of a high standard. Highly recommended.
Gwilym decorated most rooms in our house, including kitchen and utility, living room, front room, 2 bedrooms and hallway throughout 3 floors. Gwilym quoted 3 weeks worth of work and was
completed in slightly under the quoted time period and inline with the quote he'd provided up front. Gwilym is professional and personable. Communication was great through out the project and Gwilym was thorough and helpful. Quality of work is great, we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Gwilym.
